This hotel is amazing! the spa treatments were great and there were so many options to choose from. the on-site fitness center and squash court were excellent too. the staff was very friendly and attentive. the location was perfect - the surrounding area was beautiful and there was plenty to do.
The only negative thing about the hotel was that some members of the staff seemed a bit reserved. this did not detract from our overall experience.

This venue is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that I couldn't find in other hotels. the Spa & wellness centre, full body massage, Spa lounge, sauna, and beauty treatments were outstanding. the heated indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were just the cherry on top of the cake. I loved spending time in the sun loungers area and the garden, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
this hotel made up for it with the exquisite food in the restaurant, with a special diet menu available.

We stayed in a wooded area close to the main restaurant where we got cards for renting bikes, playing pool and ping pong. Our room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean with all toiletries provided. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fresh with a variety of options.
The fitness area was small and often crowded.

Beautiful location with surrounded nature offers enjoyable walks, best quality service with friendly staff and excellent food that meets everyone's preferences.
The gym facilities need to be improved as they only provide basic cardio equipment, it would be great if they expanded their gym facilities.

Spa for Relaxation and Rejuvenation: A dip in the pool complex and sauna is like immersing in a tranquil oasis, melting away my worries like snow in the spring sun. Drifting in the soothing waters, I felt rejuvenated and as serene as a swan gliding on a calm lake.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel located in a wooded area. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel facilities including the fantastic pool area, super relaxing saunas, and big bathroom and spacious rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a full array of choice and the location to the village was convenient.
